You don’t have to be an artsy type to give our classic Christmas wreath kit a whirl. We wanted everyone to be able to make something beautiful for their home this year, so have put together fool proof step by step by step picture guides that carefully cajole you through every stage of making a wreath.

We’re really proud to have made this year’s classic Christmas wreath kits as eco-friendly as we possibly could within the natural constraints of such a product. Our willow bases are handmade from British branches and are of course completely compostable. While most wreath kits use coated wire, which can introduce plastics into the environment where it’s disposed, or take a long time to break down, ours uses twine. This natural material isn’t dyed or artificially treated, and we actually think it looks better and is a lot kinder on your hands, without sacrificing any functionality.

Onto the fun bit and your wreath will be a gorgeous mix of locally sourced pines, while the kit includes pretty things to finish your creation off to make it completely unique. Pick between going all in with pinecones, velvet ribbon, and rustic handmade Indian mini bells, or keep things simple by simple letting the foliage speak for itself.

We’ve found our Christmas wreath kits last longest when they’re left outside and exposed to the elements. The good old British weather keeps things nice and damp and looking fresh so that they’ll easily look in tip top condition for a few weeks at least. If you’d like to bring the finished product of your classic Christmas wreath kit indoors then we’d suggest waiting until perhaps the week before Christmas, so that it doesn’t dry out too much ahead of the big day.
