How would you describe your style?
I take a fine art approach to wedding stationery and like to create elegant designs, blending my own organic calligraphy with classic simple type design. with quirky vintage touches and some illustration.
I get inspiration from everywhere but I love old vintage illustrations, the sky and of course gorgeous organic wildflower arrangements.
What makes you different?
My approach is all about keeping it simple and elegant yet working in handwritten text and illustrations. I try to use handmade papers and bring in unusual wording and poetry to my designs to keep things fresh.
What do you love most about what you do?
I love the excitement of pulling something together - gathering ideas, drafting concepts and of course seeing the pleasure my designs bring to my clients. My most exciting and indeed best work comes when clients like to think a little out the box .
What's your favourite part of a wedding?
The end of the night, when everyone really relaxes, all formalities are gone (you know those moments when everyone takes their shoes off and its time for tea and cake!)
Where do your prices start?
Custom designs start at £220 for invitations, but I also take on smaller jobs including things like place cards which start at £1.50.
How can people contact you?
