Fish and Frites
We’re yet to meet anyone who doesn’t like fish and chips, and when better to treat yourself than on your big day?
Husband and wife team, Jordan and Sarah, are the duo behind the quirky Scottish wedding supplier called Fish and Frites. They saw a gap in the market when it came to a good old mobile chippy. Living in the small Scottish town of Cellardyke means Fish and Frites has access to some of the country’s freshest seafood.
If you’re after a relaxed affair you could opt for Sarah and Jordan’s fish and chips for your main meal, and if you’re having a seated affair then fish and chips make great evening food for guests.
And no matter what your style Fish and Frites will suit, thanks to its clasy, classic styling. The van itself is a Citroen HY which has been completely and lovingly refurbished by Jordan and Sarah to make it into their very own mini kitchen to serve fish and chips from.
We had a quick catch up with Sarah to hear more about her wedding food truck, and here’s what she had to say about her very unique venture (and just like us, Sarah’s favourite part of any wedding is the party!).
